Email support

Send your app version, Android version and a short description of the problem. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or precise location history.

Recording or sync interruptions

Check Recording health in the app, precise/background location permissions, Android battery settings and phone storage. Offline recording can continue locally; cloud updates wait for an allowed connection. Android may delay background work. Force-stop requires you to reopen the app.

Safety

Roamnote is not an emergency service. Manual SOS and check-ins require you to review and send a message. Contact local emergency services directly when help is needed.
