Terms of use

SudoBrain Inc · Updated 30 September 2026

Roamnote is intended for adults recording their own location. Respect other people's privacy and share only with their consent. Do not use it for covert tracking or as a substitute for emergency services.

Limits

GPS, activity, distance and speed estimates may be incomplete or inaccurate. Phone settings, network access, service quotas and Android restrictions can interrupt recording or delay sync. Manual SOS and check-ins do not provide automatic emergency dispatch or guaranteed delivery.

Your data

You control recording, sharing, exports and deletion. Keep an independent encrypted backup if losing history would matter to you. Account deletion cannot erase external copies you exported or shared. Read the privacy notice.

Service and support

Roamnote currently uses free service allowances. Exceeding them can delay uploads; the app keeps pending data locally within available storage. Contact support-roamnote@sudobrain.com for help.
